Silly Schmev: Photo-A-Day

I often get asked why on earth I call my boy “Schmev/Schmevy.” Well, the short answer looks more like an equation, so here goes:

Evan–>Schmevan
Schmevan (way too long) –>’Schmev’
Schmev (at times, too short) –> ‘Schmevy’

See, simple! ….and it stuck. So he will likely be 17 years old, hanging out with his ‘too cool for school’ friends one day, and I will say, “SCHMEVY! Come and eat lunch!” *hee-hee!* At which point, I will promptly be known as the coolest mom EVER, I am sure.:)

So speaking of lunch, my little Schmev getting ready, then out to shop/eat lunch at one of favorite places in the world right now: Ikea. Go figure!

I can’t decide which face I enjoy more…

Ahhh, that’s my boy! (ps- I added a few extras in here for you today, Tia Pris!)

All Smiles : Philadelphia Newborn Photographer

Last week I had the pleasure of photographing this absolutely adorable newborn baby boy. I was so amazed by how alert and happy he was when I arrived, like he was just waiting for his very first photo shoot! Little W was a perfect model, with the most precious lips and a full head of hair….too cute! C Family, enjoy your previews…
